To Publish the PDF

  1. Select the Gear icon > Publish PDF to start the publishing job. The publishing status can be seen on the General information tab.
  2. When the publishing is complete, return to the Documents tab > Renditions.
  3. In the Name column of the work package you published, select pdf to either open or save the published PDF.
